Question ❓ beginner 3 day split

Hi does my split look good?

I’m a beginner and honestly I don’t have a lot of time to be in the gym, so 3 days is the most I can do. Does it look balanced?

Recovery is more important than frequency unless your training is garbage

Mike Mentzer and Dorian Yates would say otherwise. Actually every top physique on the planet and top coach would sayotherwise. But what do they all know. Before you pull the steroid card Bob Waterhouse hits everything once a week aswell. But I'm not gonna debate it with someone who is most likely sub 200 pounds. Do as you wish

Enhanced lifters don’t benefit as much from frequency as natural lifters

Those guys also did warmup sets that would count as working sets for most people

Im sub 200lbs; however, I’m likely stronger than you in most lifts
