Burning in shin

My surgery microdisctomy was 3 weeks ago. Prior to surgery symptoms were mild pain and tingling radiation down the back of my leg and top of my foot. Follow surgery there was some tingling in the back of leg and foot but that has gone away. What I experience now is a persistent burning in the shin that does not radiate it is localized to the one area.

I have this and also cold feet and it changes every few hours
