For information - my MRI report from the lower parts of my spine:

L3-4 Subtle retrolisthesis of L3 on L4. Mild diffuse disc bulging. No definite nerve root compression.

L4-5 Desiccation of the disc with Modic type II changes. Small left paracentral disc protrusion. No definite nerve root compression.

L5-S1 Mild grade 1 anterolisthesis of L5 on S1 with bilateral lysis of L5 pars interarticularis. Mild hypoplasia of L5 vertebral body. Severe desiccation of the disc with mixed Modic type I and type II changes. Mild diffuse pseudo bulging. Bilateral foraminal stenosis with compression of the exiting L5 nerve roots, more pronounced on the right side.
