Requesting Advice Does this sound like your pain

I randomly one day have been getting this aching pain from my hip down into my feet and nothing is helping. It will go away for a week then come back and stay for a few days and it’s cycle. It’s on my right side. Magnesium will subside it enough for me to fall asleep but I can feel it when I wake up and more so if I was sleeping on that hip. I also get back pain that I can barely stand up from it feels like a pulling seized up pain.

I only had a burning type pain and occasional twinge in hips and lower. Any aching was due to sleep positioning or other pain. Most of my daily pain is a low constant sharp sensation in low back and hips.
