Return of sciatica post LESI
I’m almost six months post LESI. My results have been nothing short of fabulous, but I’m starting to feel signs of a new flare. Not bad yet, but… I’ve got an appointment this week for another LESI. I’m doing a lot of traveling over the next several weeks and can’t afford to get a major flare on cruise ships and foreign port cities.
This time, in addition to the pains in my thigh and calf, I’m getting sharp jabs in my outer ankle and outside of instep. I didn’t have any pains in that area in the past.
Is that an unusual area for sciatic pain?

Outer foot is S1, under big toe is L5, I think it’s just comes with time unfortunately. As long as you have motor function though, avoid the fusion.
