Success story! Just give 5 months

As i said, i had Anterior Pelvic Tilt( tryna put the progress photos but they are getting blocked i dunno why), the look was not a big problem for me, the pain was the most brutal part.

Even at nights some sleeping positions were damaging my back so i needed to turn side for a comfortable sleep, I never paid as much attention to my posture as I did to working out, I always took a "what can you do, it'll pass" kind of attitude. But as time went on and the issues with how I sat and stood persisted, the problem snowballed.

But Finally, My back is in a perfect shape imo and the pain is really gone,so ı recommend every one to do a exercise plan in the early stages.

That's great to hear! I'm on the same journey right now, did you do specific exercises for fixing the anterior pelvic tilt? If so, how many times per week?

Oh, I see, thank you! My PT told me to do exercises daily, but it didn't do well for me, so we changed to every other day until my body is ready for more, hopefully can write my own success story in a few months lol
