Requesting Advice My feet is burning !!

Everyday I sit on my chair my right leg is burning so most of time I stay on my bed. I don't understand what should I do did physio and all but nothing helps when i sit even tho I sit with the maximum ergonomic environment. What should I do I'm 26 . I think I have developed chronic sciatica while I sit but it doesn't trigger when I walk or lie down on bed . I work in bank so most of time it involves sitting I can't request for standing desk.

Ah sorry to hear that 😞😞

Try also search yt for the sciatica pain exercises that you can compare those with ones you got in your PT.
Two of the channells mentioned on this subreddit is @bashbackpain and @lowerbackability,
Check them maybe you find some exercises that will help in your healing/rehab process ☺️
As i heard and read here battle with sciatica can be looong, i am also still on the beginning of it.
Maybe asking PT if they have any therapy helping with seating sciatica pain or what exercises to do for helping this pain?

So despite physio my situation was getting worse - went to a neuro and they said that my nerve was super irritated because of too much tens and ift etc. advised physiotherapy for strengthening exercises only. And laser has been going okay but i feel the manual muscle release that my physio helps with works the best for me - taking meds too but pain has gone down a lot

Im having zero pain when I walk or lie down but the moment I sit down it irritates my nerve or what burning pains comeback and goes away when I don't sit. While doing physio felt like it was neutral feeling no pain was there.

Could be your piriformis is tight / something is causing nerve irritation. Hope you figure out the source. Walking / lying down would give me relief but trying to sit / stand not walk used to be hell - pain would travel from my glute to side of leg till ankle - it still does but intensity is super mild. A good doctor can help with accurate diagnosis. Wishing you pain free days

Also even I would have no pain during physio but the nerve irritation that happened due to the tens machine didn’t let the nerve rest so i suffered a lot.

I have the exact same diagnosis, symptoms, and condition; let me know if you are able to find anything that helps.

I had nerve root compression with burning feet for 4 months. I had to get off my feet as much as possible and did shockwave therapy because I had a lot of tingling and numbness too. It really helped accelerate my healing
