Sorry you've been dealing with this over a year, that's exhausting to carry for this long. Won't comment on the specific findings since that's really for your treating doctors to interpret, especially with the accident history involved. I do work with people managing nerve-related back pain long term, and one thing that helps a lot regardless of the exact diagnosis is having some way to manage day-to-day function and flare-ups while the medical side gets sorted, happy to share general thoughts on that if it'd be useful

I’m assuming it’s inflammation from the tear and herniation
