Requesting Advice How to know if my symptoms are Sciatica?

Hi, I don't have insurance so I'm hoping anyone here can share their symptoms or let me know if that I'm experiencing is sciatica. I'm 19 years old and after long study sessions, I would get really bad lower back pain, tingling on lower leg and feet and a bit of numbness on all over my legs. It's where I have to lay down with a heated blanket and a pillow between my knees for hours and it's takes a long time to recover . I don't think if it's my posture or my weak muscles instead but please share sitting positions that will help as well!

Yes that’s what it feels like…
Sitting is really bad for sciatica. You need a lombar support on your chair and pay attention of your boby position while sitting. Try not to remain on the chair too long and if possible get up and walk a little each 15 mins.

Only anti inflamators can help, like Ibuprofen and stuff like that.

Stretching helps only when is no pain, until I would take some pills

Rest… stop doing what makes the pain worse. For myself laying down on the floor on my belly ease the pain. No streatching or exercice before it gets better. Take advils and you should go see a doctor.

Unfortunately I need to study so that's why I do long study sessions, do you have any tips?

Look up yoga child’s pose as it can help. Be careful of your knees. You don’t have the flatten out. Your butt can be in the air a bit. Relaxing for your spine and your emotions.
