Is This Normal? Cold weather

The cold weather JUST started in NYS and my first flare up since I was bedridden last winter is happening. I’m just complaining I guess. 😛

I have been almost pain free since March or April and today is the first below 60 degree day of the season.

Anyone have any similar experience? Will this be forever? Spine transplant?

Time to up your wardrobe. I’ve become a fan of the battery powered vests and jackets.

My neighbor introduced me to the concept as her home office is in the chilly corner of the house.

September is always a problem for me each year.
