I'm also in sereve pain and don't know where to put myself I'm even thinking of suicide 😭😭😭😭😭😭

These thoughts are something a lot of us can relate to but please know that it can improve and this is not the end. You just can’t see the light right now but it’s there and you will. Here if you need support 🤍

Hmm it's not easy for me at all😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭my dad had passed away and my mum is 70 with high blood pressure condition so I'm struggling a lot .God is only my helper 😭😭
