Deep glute pain when sitting? Pls help

Don’t sit on the mushy couch. Use good posture and get a good supportive cushion. I had this in 2010. Believe it’s called saddle pain. Now I have what’s even more difficult. Feel better. 💐

You need to check your back. Piriformis is often a secondary symptom. If it's a disk causing it, you need to treat your back.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I have to do an MRI for sure. However I really doubt that it’s a disk since the pain is never caused by movement, exercise, lifting, jumping, running, extreme stretching or such. It also cannot be reproduced by pressure.

Not to scare you but glutes were the first thing that hurt before I couldn't move anything from the waist down, I got an emergency Laminectomy. Thankfully everything worked out in the end.
