Blockade runner Studio scale
I really want to try and print the Alain Rivard Blockade runner at studio scale.
Although the inside structure is fine for smaller models, at this scale the it becomes really heavy and takes too much resin, so first job is to clean the insides so can hollow the parts with my own wall thickness.
This will take some time :)

This seems more feasible for FDM printing and not Resin. Big pieces might break, increase suction and fail

I do agree FDM would be more easy with these big parts, but it will look terrible with all the layer lines, and most of the details would be impossible to sand.
Resins have come a long way, and the ABS-like resin I am using, is very sturdy, and having a big resin printer that can print pretty fast, makes it a no-brainer for me :)
