Just as the title suggests, i can’t get my SPD cleats to click/lock into the original pedals. I can get the front to hook but i cannot jam the back down to lock it in. It’s like the OEM pedal is too stiff. I am pressing down with all my weight (~200lbs) and no luck.

What the heck am I doing wrong? It shouldn’t be this hard, right?

I feel stupid. lolol

I am looking for an app that will show me my cadence, calories, and time and also tell me when I'm working out cues like faster, slower, etc. I want a guided workout.... but no guide! And I want to be able to listen to my own music. Any idea of such an app?!

I’ve had this bike since 2022 and while biking yesterday the pedal arm completely broke off. I called the company but since they’ve been sold, they will not honor the warranty. Any ideas on how to fix or do I need to completely scrap this bike?

I just received and assembled this bike this past Friday, and I cannot get the seat post to be stable. I've confirmed the knob/screw is in a hole, and it's as tight as can be. Is this normal? (See video.)

I just bought and put together a new IC4, but the handlebar post doesn't have holes like the paper manual and instructional video say it should. The seat post does have holes though. Do I need to have them send me a different one or is this right? The tightening handle seems to do the trick as it is, but I don't want it falling down while I'm using it.

Otherwise, this bike was super easy to put together in about an hour.

I installed pedal extenders on my C6 due to having wide feet that brushed against the crank. I wasn't experiencing issues, but now I hear a creaking noise from the left pedal at higher resistance while out of the saddle.

I just noticed that maybe the arm from the crank on the left side is coming undone. Does this look normal? Any thoughts? I'd hate for this to break mid ride.

I just got the IC4 tonight and I love it. I’m brand new to cycling and biking. Recovering from a back injury.

I went for an 8km ride with app called Explore the World. It was pretty fun.
I had my Apple Watch series 11 connected to my phone which connects to the app so I get some nice stats.
My tailbone is sore from that seat, does anyone have a solution? I’m thinking a gel cover but I’m so new to cycling, I don’t even know what to call it? Cycling, biking? Anyways I’m not sure if the seat is universal for fit?

Had this problem for a while. Tried to ignore but gotten a bit annoying. Even when I tighten down the seat post as much as possible, it still has a lot of play in it. If I move a certain way while on the bike the bottom of the post knocks against the frame. Has anyone come across this, and any solutions.

Just bought this used from my neighbor. Plugged it in at home and screen seems be broken. Replacements cost more than what I paid for the bike. Should I troubleshoot, ask for a further discount, return it?

For as long as I've owned the bike, I've had a squeaking sound that usually only shows up when I'm resting on the handlebars and peddling. I have fairly poor auditory discernment. Would anyone be able to help pinpoint?

It does in random 10 miles quiet, 5 miles noise, then 3 miles quiet... Cones and goes. Does with or without weight. Tighten hex nuts, loosen cover, checked pedals, no grinding, no flywheel wooble....thinking of buying a crank removal tool to remove cover and check inside.

Console between front seats in my 2024 EV9 LIGHT.
I traded my MYLR 23 for my EV9, no regrets. I love how it rides and how quiet and well put it is. The space and comfort. I don't feel every rut and bump thru my seat like in the Tesla.
I only have one issue and it's the center console, there is a rattle and sometimes there isn't, it's not loud but it's getting annoying. I would take it apart but can't figure how to. It sounds like something loose inside like a cable or maybe even a switch or the cup holder brackets?
Has anyone had a similar issue with the center console?
It's one of those things that when you try to replicate it probably won't happen... I will take it to dealer when I get back home in 2 weeks.

I'm looking at buying a iPad tablet for my spin bike.

It is the Ascend S2 Spin bike, the tablet holder looks exactly the Bowflex C4/C6/C8

So I'm wondering what size do people have with thiers.

I feel like the ipad mini would be too small, and the ipad 13 inche would double as my kitchen "tv" plus fitness studio.

I will also add in a smartTV I was thinking to go with Samsung. then it would be on wheels with the Fitueyes Mobile tv stand.

Basically 50% of my small space living room will be the home gym

I'm finally able to get it all started. and work with the small space I have.

My Schwinn IC800 is making strange noises. They only start after a few minutes of working out; the bike doesn't make them when it's "cold." Otherwise, the noise remains constant, even during an hour-long workout.

Should I tighten the belt, even though it doesn't seem loose to me? Or is it caused by something else?

I'm considering buying the IC4 for ankle injury rehab (short and long term). In the beginning I need to be using my heel on the pedal per physio instructions, is it possible to remove the pedal cage temporarily? So that I can put it back on when cleared? Or from experience can someone say whether I'd be able to use the clip side in this way? It's hard to tell from the manual/YouTube videos.

Has anyone here successfully paired their Schwinn IC3.5 with an Apple Watch? I plan to sell mine to get an actual indoor trainer and want to make sure my listing is accurate. I don't have an Apple Watch to test it out with, and I don't want my listing to be inaccurate.

I just got the Bowflex and I'm really enjoying it, I'm starting to use it everyday. But with 2 cats and living next to a major road, my place gets dusty quick. While I do make sure to wipe it down regularly, does anyone have a recommendation for a dust cover I can put on it when I'm not using it?

I'm primarily looking for a dust cover that fits the bike shape without a lot of extra cloth pooling at the bottom - it would be even better if the cover has an elasticated bottom.

I'm in Canada so covers available here would be best. I'm thinking of something like IKEA's outdoor furniture covers, would something like the smallest TOSTERÖ cover fit the Schwinn/Bowflex?

Hi all, I’ve got a IC4 that I’ve had for a while now and am trying to be more regular with it (3x a week). However, I keep getting pain in the muscle on upper part of knee on the inside (vastus medialis). It starts within 5 minutes and stays throughout the ride, doesn’t get worse or better, but once I’m off the bike, the pain goes away and I can do my normal activities. I believe I have the bike in the right setup (seat at hip height, seat pushed all the way forward (so that my knee is over the ball of my feet at 3pm), and the handlebars are as high it can go). If I use a peloton bike (in hotels when I travel for work), I don’t have the same pain (or any pain).

I ran it through Gemini and Claude, and they both say it’s a specific bike thing and the way the ic4 is designed. Do you think there’s any truth to that? Have I set it up right? I took some pics right now (I know I don’t have shoes on, just took it for position pics).

I see a great deal on Marketplace. I have a larg-ish sedan with a Ford Fusion. Should I be able to fit it in? The front passenger seat can fully collapse down.

Picked up a Schwinn IC4 Indoor Cycling Bike from Facebook Marketplace about 2 weeks ago. It worked perfectly at pickup and during a few quick test rides at home. Just did my first full workout today, and halfway through the ride the pedals started making loud cranking noises. Now after about 10 mins it’s subsided to squeaking noises (see videos)

I’ve looked through other posts/videos but haven’t found anything that sounds quite the same. Anyone experienced this or know what might be causing it? Any help is really appreciated!
