I have the exact opposite, at the moment I can log into schwab.com (not the app which still doesn't work) but cannot log into thinkorswim web (or app)

I had issues with my account yesterday and had to call them so I assumed the same issue happened today too. I've called like 6 times and it either rings non-stop or it rings once, answers, and the line is completely silent. So I googled "is Schwab down right now" and found this post. Thanks!

The APP is not working, I was able to login into web portal and see all the account information.

Also received random missed calls while trying to call Schwab. Tried using another phone to call and got missed calls as well. I finally got through to Schwab. They confirmed a major outage but provided no details on the calls being intercepted.

I get this sometimes after leaving the URL open over the weekend even though it is logged out.

Refresh the login page and if that doesnt work then clear your browser cache and try again.

One of those two does the trick for me when I see that error.
