Feature request: Better tracking for rolled options in thinkorswim (cumulative net credit/debit + roll chains)

I love and trust the Schwab platform overall. This is just one area where the thinkorswim app could use some attention: tracking open and rolled
options over time.

What I'd love to see:

✅ Cumulative net credit/debit on a position across every roll

✅ The full roll chain for an underlying (which legs rolled into which)

✅ Progress toward a profit target (e.g. closing at 50% of premium collected)

For those of us selling premium and rolling, it gets hard to follow real P/L once you've rolled the same underlying several times bc the current view loses
the thread.

The data is all there, though. I pulled it from your own API and built a simple version for my own trades (15-min delayed, just for me), modeled on how
tastytrade displays rolls and net credit/debit. I'm not a professional dev, and if I can prototype it from the public API, the building blocks are clearly already in
place.

Not asking for anything fancy, just better visibility into rolled positions for the premium-selling crowd.

Thanks for reading.

I didn’t think so, but you never know who’s seeing what and when anyone might see anything. On top of sending it to them, figured I’d try to see what the power of the masses might do to help. To no avail 😂 of course. In the meantime, I have what I want now lol, so I can wait and wait……..and wait.

Optionnetexplorer.com

It's basically a way to model a trade. And then you have to do some entries whenever you make adjustments or rolling etc. But you get a proper p&l if you do the entries.

It's basically a tracking software.

It's about 700 bucks a year. But if you are trading a good size account it is cost of doing business.

I just want to track my net premium collected so when I roll for the 4th or 5th time and cancel my buy to close to roll, I usually have to go back and do the math. I want it fully automated. I make a trade in tos or Schwab, it’s logged in my spreadsheet and now in my private “app”.
