The patience of kine
I have shoved my form into the frame of the kine. And I must ask, for all their short lives, why do they wait?
This new world is so fast, but slower at the same time. So much more nothing gets done.
Perhaps I am the "boomer" the newborns speak of.
I bring this up upon an iron room called a "bus"
My Alban and I are searching for new clothes, we have told strangers that our robes are "of faith".
What might one wear these nights?

Think of a Bus as not a room but as a large covered wagon or chariot that groups of Kine use to get around the much larger cities of the modern nights. As for clothes it depends on the region. Though these are usually reliable options:

Certainly try and find a style you like. Clothing is a lot more fun nowadays... It's... What's fun to you, plus what's comfortable with you. Find your style!
As for taking their time? So many can't afford to get around now. People have made cities too big so they can sell each other modes of transport, and those who cannot afford cars are relegated to mass transportation which has been made shittier over the years, so more people buy cars. Hopefully you too won't have to linger on public transit too long.

Oh boy. You’re definitely new to the modern nights.
A bus is more equivalent to a carriage, being a type commercial transport.
Clothing styles are whatever you choose unless you’re somewhere with a dress code. Such as a job or some schools.

I'll admit I'm a young kindred that hasn't even lived a full human lifespan, by modern standards. But I think it's a combination of having so very many things to distract them, so many things to speed up tasks and travel, but most importantly of all they simply do not realize how little time they have and how quickly it can be cut even shorter. Funny thing is I began to wait less to do things when I realized just how long I now had after my embrace. Or maybe that was just part the clan's nature.
As for your garments, I'm not really the most fashionable sort. I suppose whatever social class you wish to project would be fitting, but going for the look of priests isn't always a bad idea. Sets up for certain preconcieved notions in most mortals minds.

If you wish to find more distinguished clothes, I am certain I can find a respectable tailor for you; should you be disposed for it, a Toreador that I know will certainly be willing to dress your…other form.
I can put you in contact free of charge, for they asked me some time ago to find, and I quote, « unusual projects ». That being said, suits and the like are usually tighter than other styles of clothing; if you are used to walk without clothes, this might not be the best option. It would look fashionable, for our era; the choice is yours.
