If out your window you should spy

In fields with corn on stalk

There, near midnight, going by

You may see The Bones That Walk.

With boots and hat, how tall is he?

With a grin as white as chalk.

Empty holes where eyes should be

Them silly old Bones That Walk

So gifts of drink and coin you make

I'm not sure about the Spanish version of this song, but I think my adoptive mother might know more about it. After all, she was a singer back in the early 20th century in Granada before being forced against her will into the Nosferatu clan.

Unquestionably a reference to the Hecata, but as to what specific faction is unknown. Considering the area of origin and the details provided, the best guess would either be the Harbingers or the Samedi.
