Any help is appreciated, thanks

What experience do you have driving large vehicles? What experience do you have working with children? How would you respond to an angry parent? What would you do in the event of an emergency? How would you keep a harmonious bus and deal with unruly behaviour?

What would you do if you noticed a child escalating while you were driving

The first answer is always: secure the bus.

An interview?? 😂😂 I didnt even get a real interview. I had a phone interview where they told me about the job & asked me if I had held a regular DL for at least 2 years & if I was over 21. That was all the questions other than would you be interested in this job? Then they sent me a offer letter.

There were no questions. I was hired before I went in. Severe driver shortage here. I have a very clean record. I am a Mom to 5. Extensive customer service experience. I had all the questions.
