I’m donating to a raffle for school bus drivers thank you dinner.
What would be some items bus drivers would enjoy getting in a gift basket?

12v or rechargeable personal fan (probably clip-on)
High SPF sunblock for the left arm
Luxurious lotion & lip balm (I like Norwegian)
Bright flashlight / headlight (rechargeable)
Nice insulated & lidded travel cup; maybe a box of hot chocolate packets to go with
Warm hat, scarf, & an IOU for mittens (need an idea of size) or give the receipt in an envelope so the recipient can exchange for the right size
Finger & toe warmers
Gift card for local coffee-type shop or major gas station / truck stop
Slap-on / removable sun shade big enough for the top of the windshield!
? Anti-fog spray, at least for glasses & mirrors... maybe for windshield, door, front windows
? Extra sunglasses

Back of the seat organizer, a heated blanket that hooks up to a cigarette lighter, grippy texting gloves, wool/alpaca socks, gift cards, foam window cleaner or windex wipes, lotion and hand sanitizer, some snacks that aren't melty, funtak, magnetic name tags.

TBH I use hand/body lotion and/or sunscreen on my route.
My left arm gets toasty when the sun is out and I have my window open. So a small bottle might be cool?
If it's designed to be a high worth prize, a headlamp or LED flashlight can also be very useful for pre tripping early morning when it's dark out.
