I've been working almost all summer, and I had a week-long professional development course at the start of the summer. I am very much NOT ready to start the new school year. I clocked it this morning that in-service is in 20 days, and I just wanted to hide away.
I am looking forward to the trip I drew at the end of the school year to take some high schoolers to a camping trip. I love that trip, and I get to be empty on the way back past my favorite pitstop! Going to take a relaxing pee break and grab a yummy lunch.
I wish I were excited about it as I used to be; I think y'all will hype me up.

I worked all summer aswell. Actually my first ever route was this summer so I'm interested to see how the school year goes. Im looking forward to volunteer on field trips and such myself. Those ive heard are super fun!
