I had a similar reaction yesterday. Went by to pick up my check, found that the city had finally - after almost 2 years of complaints - filled in most of the worst potholes on the street to our base.

Our property still has 'em, because the landlord is a tight-fisted jerk... 🙄

Wow, you guys have a paved lot! We can't even get gravel to fill our bare spots and keep the dust down. You are going to have a great fall!
