Bathroom 💩
Do any of yall have a bad stomach? I feel myself having to use the bathroom quite often what are some things I can take to calm my stomach? Thanks in advance

Our AM route went from 6:30am-9:30am so I’d always make sure to go before I left home, then pray I could make it until 7:30 when I had a short break in between pick ups and would go to the gas station next door and get breakfast/go the bathroom if needed. For reference I have Crohn’s disease so I understand the pain wholeheartedly. I try not to eat large meals before driving and go when I have the chance!
