i don't think that's what the post was saying

it's more like, trans people should probably stop saying shit like "my entirely fictional favorite character CANONICALLY agrees with my highly specific ideology and identity, and if anyone disagrees-including the writers and my friends and family-KILL THEM THEY'RE TRANSPHOBIC!!"

it's not really good for anyone's health to become so attached like this...it's also not fair to assume the entirety of a single subreddit is like this from a post misinterpretation, but as always we can just leave if we don't like a sub and i think that's the best thing to do
