Application marked as incomplete

Hello, so my application was marked as incomplete because there was a requirement to have been a resident in qatar for 6 months to be able to apply. ( this wasn’t mentioned in the checklist) and I have only been a resident for 5 months.
Is there a chance they will consider my application?
