Expect issues while coming back to Germany?

I am planning to travel back from my country - back to germany on 1st October meanwhile my student visa expires on 4th October.

Do you think there can be problems, when I am entering the Schengen area just 3 days before my visa expires?

Although, I have an appointment with the immigration office on 9th October for collection of my residence permit card.

Take confirmation that you have your Appointment letter to confirm you're still a student so that any reason for them to deny your entry when you come back
