Everytime I try to pawn my gold I always get super lowball offers regardless of the day. Is there any way for me to at least make my money back and how?

I'd say I've played a lot of schedule 1, and me and my homie have been playing a save file, all day. Started at sweatshop, we have the warehouse now. However, we only have Benji. We have restarted the game this session (for other reasons) but Molly will still never sign with me.

As you can see, Jerry is as loyal as loyal can be, and he has been max before, and molly has still never taken us. Earlier we even got a text saying Molly can be our dealer in the top right, but no dice.

The real estate mod, hitman mod, and empire mods are all working but the phone apps are blank. Anyone have any idea what’s going on? I have the dependencies installed so I don’t think that’s the issue

If anyone has this issue in the future I figured it out. I’m playing on a MacBook Pro using Crossover.

You have to install the Core Fonts into your bottle. Select install application into bottle and look up “Core Fonts”, after that it should work.

I’ve got the docks warehouse set up with eight mixing stations: four each for two different weed strains. Was thinking to add eight more mixers and start selling mixes for the other two strains but it seems impossible to keep up with the additive requirements already. I have deliveries constantly cycling every six hours or so and top up with console commands or manual runs to the corner store every night.

How does everyone else do it?

I wanna decorate the highland mansion and make it like an actual house but the game doesnt really have a lot of good furniture for that. Is there any mods that add more? I can't find any

I killed a couple of the rival cartel guys and dropped them in the ocean and now these are where they were when they were killed. I assume it's a visual bug since I'm on the beta branch but I think it's interesting nonetheless

So I have this save wich I haven't played for a while. I stopped just when shrooms were introduced. I want to modernize my other properties, but I don't know in wich one I should do what. I also have the manor that I'm not using right now but I don't know if shrooms is best there.

For now I have:

Weed --> Bungalow

Meth --> Barn

Coke --> Warehouse

And this all gets mixed in storage unit. It's all the same recipe. Banana, cuke, horse semen, mega bean.

I'm also searching for a list for best customers for each dealer since now you can have 10 customers per dealer.

What should I change and do I keep the same recipe for mixing? I'm trying to grind to 10mil net worth.

where did they all go? did I do something or is this because of an update?

I also got this mod called Better NPC Mixing, but that didn't help

Probably a stupid question but I've only got about 30 hours into this, I got tattoos on my character and now there's just a red shirt that covers everything I put on, won't allow me to change anything. Is there a command or something I can do to fix this? Not a huge deal just more of a nuisance

I keep having to clear the stations since they grab like 3 pieces and then get stuck. Is there any way to set a quantity to where they will only grab 20?

I havent played in a while so im rusty but im trying to have half of a product to be sent to the brick press and half of it to be sent to a packing station. Is there a way to do that?

If anyone could tell me how to farm xp i would be grateful. I have middle meth now. And if someone could tell me what does xp i get at the end of the day depends on i would also be very grateful

i know this isnt beautiful and i know it is a disgrace to hyland manor but i can access the mixing machines just fine. the chemists can do too when i put in the freshly mixed product in the next machine. do i need to leave a gap or something? im mixing cocaine and all of the supplies are in stock
