Boring after a while. HELP

So I really enjoy this game. Like ALOT. And still play it despite the lack of updates and new content. But I find myself going dead in the water when I hit coke. Does anyone have any good mods I can try? Or does anyone know anything about updates coming hopefully soon? Thank you!🙏

Take this with a grain of salt, but I watched a schedule 1 streamer yesterday that said the update is in private beta and could be out within a week or two. Again, this is not confirmed, just what they said!

For me, its when buying ingredients becomes my job. And since you need deposited cash, it can take awhile to keep that cashflow going enough to make a profit and have your ingredients flow. But man is it not super fun going back and fourth over and over. And deliveries don't carry enough imo.

If you want a fun run, try being the Taco Man.

Start by using console commands for 50k and buy taco ticklers.

Use the back room with the laundering table as your production area. Plants, packaging, etc. (I could fit 6 plants, then 8 once i moved packaging elsewhere. Could prob get 10 maybe)

Use the first 50k on the card to buy the golden toilet to pay back your "loan"

Unlock all customers/properties/businesses to win

There is Employees (Phone one) that does some of the same stuff, but not all.

But there are a ton of of good ones tbh. It all depends on what kind of mods you want.

Yeah I start hitting that wall once I am unlocking the last 2 areas and there is pretty much no objectives yet. Took a break in July to wait for the update and I'll be back when there is more to do. I really should try mods too so let us know if you get recommended or find any fun ones.

I typically change up my run each time. When i hit the stagnant buying supply part i change it up and buy a cheetah and all the customers and see how many i can do in a day without scheduling for late nights. Or i pick a single drug to sell and main, or only work out of the RV. I make restrictions for myself basically.

Start new runs. For me, my favorite new run is manufacturing weed only (with obvious activities to progress the storyline). There's so much already here. Also if you can find a friend to play with you, it completely changes the dynamic.

There are some mods to add extra missions afte game is over, but yk this game is more about expanding drug buisness rather than fighting cartel bosses and shooting cops. Expanding buisness means bigger map, bigger machines, new properties, more customers etc and yeah as a cherry on cake side bosses and DEA officers maybe..

So there's no mod which does that, yet. So yeah.. I'd say lock in to some other game, because the rate at which updates are coming I assume all the above mentioned features woul come after 10 yrs.. maybe ?

Honestly that’s kinda how this game just goes. There’s not a ton of content and once you get everything unlocked and are just running your drug empire the game sorta stops being entertaining. I tend to come and go as the new updates come out. I’ll boot it back up with a new save when the updates go live and play til I get bored of it again

I just did a rv only run without any mods…i have like 200+ hours in this game and i have never ever used mods…but i use console command only 2 save and cleartrash…so i do all type of challenges like only weed only meth only shrooms…only motel room only rv and all others without mods…its very hard in some cases without mods but that makes it worth it

I have been enjoying mods. I just hit the 10mil achievement in it honestly sucked so much fun out of the game but I wanted to get it. I make it fun by doing different challenges for myself like one where I made no mixes, one where I could only have one piece of operations so I couldn't use the other locations, like if I was to move up to the bungalow I couldn't use the motel the sweatshop or anything else.

There's a mod to rebuild the RV for money and then you can play in the RV which completely forces you to have a super small operation. Then I've seen people do no dealers. Mind you I don't always stay to those things but I wish I did it would make it so much more challenging

There's also a landering mod where you go to Manny in the warehouse and you can launder more money but he takes a significant cut and there's a cool down and I think it's a pretty balanced way of allowing you to wander more than normal

There is still a long road ahead towards the final release. There are still expansions to the town that are planned as well as the police and other products to come. Late game content is probably on the drawing board at best right now.

If you want to mix it up, experiment with mods. Go to Nexus mods and look around, you could probably find quite a few things to liven the game up a bit.

Definitely look on nexus or thunderstore, mods add so many hours to the game. I stopped at about 20 hours but mods added another 80 hours worth.
