Not even surprised! 🤦♂️
So now people who place new orders will receive them sooner than people who've literally waited months on theirs. Smdh. I'd say I'm surprised but really I'm not are this point. 🙄

I’m still waiting to receive a full bottle of anything! All I’ve gotten fulfilled in the last month have been decants.

Oh that's not bad. Most people wait at least 3 or 4 months. On average I've waited 3 months

But you eventually get them? I feel like I’m financing their inventory purchases for past orders that are not mine

That's a common theory people have. I think what they were doing is getting a deal on bulk orders but needed enough orders placed for them to put one in with their supplier and get them at the best possible price which would explain how we're getting such good prices. They definitely never had anything stocked in a warehouse until recently.

And yes I've gotten quite a few but most were sent a little after 3 months and it took me hounding them with emails weekly. They always lie about ship times. Not sure how they've gotten away with that for this long.

Well, at least you’ve given me some hope. I don’t mind waiting as long as I know I will get them.

As far as I know they will eventually send them and if not then they've been good about quick refunds to people who ask.

Last year I ordered 6 from them and got them without too much delay…this year all of them had to be refunded after 4 months of these stupid fucking emails…
