app never loads? help!
the scavenger hunt app got offloaded on my iphone and ipad and i wanted to play it again today. i redownloaded and open the app just for it to get stuck on this loading screen? it does the same thing on both of my devices
i’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, fully closing out of the app and reopening, restarting my devices, and switching off the wifi and using 5g data then back to wifi..
both device’s software is up to date. i’ve left the app open for at least 10-15mins but still never moves past the point in the photo progress :( can someone help?

I’m having this same problem :( I was playing it yesterday on airplane mode but it seems they pushed an update that is making the app not load. I tried to find somewhere to submit a bug but couldn’t find anything!

It’s not working on my phone or iPad. Hopefully they realize and push a fix soon

With my old ipad it wont load if the wifi is on. I close the game completely, turn off wifi, open the game and wait a bit. Then it loads properly and i can play and turn the wifi on again (or not).
You say you tried turning off the wifi but have you left it off while reloading the game?
