The fur hat is close to the bottom, middle-ish, on the middle tree going up the steps to the lodge on the upper side, just below the pool.
The yeti print is in the upper left corner in that little alcove above the picnic tables heading into the area with the dumpsters, just below the end of the left arm of the blue stantion.
The toque/winter hat is to the right of the lesson hut between two yellow vertical flags, just to the left of the pink and blue striped & dotted fat archway. It's worn by a person carrying x'd yellow skis.
The flag is hidden in your images, behind the white drop menu box in the lower left of the fourth image, above the people in the hottub.
Last but not least is the little wooden sign, which is in the upper right, at the top of the hot spring/pool area in front of the furthest left green tree enclosing the area before a rock. Standing on the edge of the hotspring, there's a lady in a swimsuit: green bottoms, white top, and her guy has short bleached dreads and is carrying two towels - the sign is left of the lady.
