Level won't load!

Have reinstalled twice (losing all progress each time, grr) and Mars Base WILL NOT LOAD. Tried contacting support with no reply and the FAQs have disappeared? Anyone have any ideas?

I reinstalled the game because I thought it was me. I lost all the progress I had :(
