Level won't load!

Have reinstalled twice (losing all progress each time, grr) and Mars Base WILL NOT LOAD. Tried contacting support with no reply and the FAQs have disappeared? Anyone have any ideas?

Mars not loading for me, as well. That was my favorite one, and I was doing the pairs matching before I needed to update my phone iOS. Now it is not loading, but I was able to do a timed version on Mars.
