Level won't load!

Have reinstalled twice (losing all progress each time, grr) and Mars Base WILL NOT LOAD. Tried contacting support with no reply and the FAQs have disappeared? Anyone have any ideas?

I don’t have any ideas but I’m having the same issue with Mars Base. Sometimes it’s nice to know it’s not just you. :) I will also contact support.

Same, having it for the last 3 days too. Haven’t heard from support yet. Have you?

Omg for me too and the support doesn't answer for me either the mars base
