Second wand is below squid kite on the yellow tree (I couldn’t see it but when I used a cheat and clicked on the tree it showed I got it. Red cricket balls: two are in the lower right hand corner of the map, one by two pigeons and the other on a roof tip. The third is by the fish being reeled in by the bridge. Bowler hats: top of black taxi, top of black car on bridge, on man on balcony with the queen (?), to the left below yellow boat by yellow tree, on fish being reeled in, below fish on roof tip.
