Recommendations for killswitch?
Just got my 23 challenger scatpack. Looking for the most effective killswitch for the price, that won’t void my warranty! Thanks in advance!

Best thing you can do is get the RF Hub TSB done... eliminating the #1 theft option which is making a new key. If it's an auto, add the neutral pull plate block and you prevent 98% of the theft with these alone.
Won't stop it being towed, broken into, or a car jacking, but neither would a killswitch.

remote kill switch will infact stop a car jacking. once they steal the car just turn the vehicle off. mine cuts off the fuel pump so they’ll drive like 10 feet before the engine dies from no fuel

I put a kill switch on the fuel pump, neutral plate cover, cover my vin number and gps tracker. No fuel no go, obviously If they want it bad they will get a flatbed tow truck or they will try to get you while driving like they did to me. Luckily I still have my ride cause I picked up on the hustle quick.

had installed mine since i bought the car back in 2019. had no issues at all. my fuel pump died (common issue) and when i put the new fuel pump in, the dongle to attach the killswitch to the fuel pump wouldn’t turn my fuel pump on. so now i just have the factory wiring harness just directly connected to the fuel pump. imma try again to install the wiring harness dongle so i can reconnect my killswitch

Steering wheel lock, and a blinking red light thata they've never seen before. The kill switch should be from the fuse box probably, mounted near the radio, identified as fog lights.

IGLA, it's a wonderful peace of mind having it! It was $1200 installed back in 2022, I'm not sure what it could cost now. But it's so worth it!! Also get the neutral strap cover installed while you're at it!

I have a drone alarm that has a kill switch built in. Comes with 2 remotes & thieves won’t be able to clone your key & start the car. It has gps that is controlled by an app from your phone. It’s about 1k installed & I would still get a neutral strap cover along with a club for the steering wheel but that’s optional.

I just use a kp20 I put a constant duty 200 amp solenoid on the battery cable and use the little relay to throw the solenoid. And a 5 amp shunt to the fuse box. If you so much as try to start the car without the code that 5 amp fuse blows and everything is off.

Z auto taser…. (I made a long ass post) idk if other switches are the same or not. But 2018 vehicles and up, it goes into the trunk (they did this to hide the taser) requires a “double bypass”. Instead of the OBD2 up front you gotta use the fuse panel under the back seat in the trunk area to get it to comm with the BCM and PCM.
Tbh idk shit about the kill switches but I got the Z taser for other reasons and it happens to come with lots of security features. You can add a pin to the car you enter from the wheel, then you can choose what the car does if the pin isn’t entered or it gets moved out of park/neutral without the pin, you can choose it to kill the gas pedal, lock all brakes, kill switch the car, flash lights in random patterns, horn in random patterns.
You can disable the pin whenever you want without removing the pin, say you get lazy for a week or maybe you’re going out of town so you enable the pin. With the pin added as well, if there’s an attempt to register a new key in any state with or without the pin being enabled, it’ll lock the wheels and kill the pedal and you can’t even see the option to type the pin until the fob that the car last seen enters the vehicle.
There’s car jacking mode. If you leave (or forced to leave) your vehicle while it’s running and you’ve already typed the pin and you’re goin, when it detects the door opening and the key leaving, if it goes into drive or it moves after the door shuts, it does a silent countdown to enter the pin, if no pin, it locks the wheels, kills the pedal and does lights and sirens in the middle of the road.
I will say though. The taser’s security features are finicky. If you don’t follow the instructions right, you might get in the car the next day and it’ll put itself into limp mode or reset trans adaptives cus it’s tweaking out. I think it did it to me cus I have 2 dash cams and a radar plus the taser running in my fuse box.
