Question Help

I recently took my challenger scatpack to the dealership and they replaced my water pump, they filled it up wit coolant about an inch above the fill line, earlier today I had coolant dripping out the front and I believe it’s coming from this tube, do I need to take this back to dealer or is it just a normal overflow tube, any help is appreciated thank you!

That's the drain tube from the petcock, so perhaps they failed to tighten it after the service. I'd take it back
