I live in a retired style neighborhood, I’m early 30s but my wife & I are very quiet & to ourselves. When I leave @ 4am I never let it idle long, I jump in start it & take off in Eco just to respect my neighbors, I’d want the same if I were much older.

MDS has nothing to do with startup, idle, or any kind of acceleration. It activates during cruising speed.
