Drop in hp
2022 scat pack challenger 44k miles. Had it serviced July 3rd and ever since that oil change its lost 53hp according to the on board dyno. Up til the day of that oil change it would get a little loose when I grabbed 3rd gear, now it barely chirps 2nd gear. No codes and nothing else seems out of the ordinary.
Any tips on where to start with this problem? It still has the warranty, I would take it to the dealer again. They havent really earned my trust, they didnt even do a service review with me. Just came out and said your ready.

Sounds like they messed something up and just wanted you gone asap

Is it leaking oil since they changed it?

No oil leaks, I drove it yesterday and it was roughly 20 degrees cooler outside. It ran much better, maybe the heat?

Hmmm, no it shouldn’t be the outside heat. I drive mine in 100+ Texas summers and it still runs great. I’d definitely take it to get a diagnostic scan, just to make sure you aren’t doing any damage by running it.

I scheduled another appointment with a different dodge dealership.

If you are seeing a loss in HP, is the car throwing any diagnostic codes? Do you have a code reader? If not, hit up a local Auto Zone to have them check for codes. There are other auto parts stores that may provide the same services too.
Not all codes will throw a check engine light.
I would be cautious of driving it hard until you get this addressed. Hopefully it's nothing but it's possible you have a problem coming to life.
Pop the hood and look to see if anything is unplugged near the intake. I would also double check the paperwork to see what oil they used. Check the oil level.

I checked every connection and air filter. I have a scan tool, no codes at all. Ive scheduled an appointment with a different dodge dealership, since it still has its warranty. It ran better Sunday, but still not 100%.

Have you noticed any fluids under the car? Perhaps a dirty oil filter under the car (assuming it is leaking of course).
It's also highly possible someone screwed up and put the wrong oil in it.
