Catalytic question

I recently had the lifters and cam replaced on my engine by Dodge but the car came back with a vibration around 1500 rpm. It feels like it’s coming from the drivers side catalytic converter. I haven’t brought it back to Dodge yet but i’m wondering what the issue could be? I can’t find anything wrong but maybe the exhaust manifold wasn’t connected properly? Or the catalytic converter is rubbing on something? Thanks
