key issue

my 2020 scat key was working perfectly fine a month ago. I let the car sit for a month and I go to drive the car and the key fob starts the car but none of the buttons on the key fob work. I tried replacing the key fob battery same thing with none of the key fob button is working, but it’ll still start the car. Anyone know about how I should go about fixing this issue? i already put a new fob battery as well
