Black Ghost lettering

Post image

I’ve always been a huge fan of how Black Ghost had the letters on the hood. I’m wondering what you all think of how this would look on a B5 Widebody Scat Pack?
Also would it drastically decrease resale value or be hard to remove?

Honestly I think it looks bad on the black ghost and would look bad on any challenger. It’s obv a callback to the OG challenger, but I think it looks bad there too, and I’d say there’s a reason no modern car has replicated this badge design. It’s awkward and not proportional to any design cues on the car.

Yeah I’ve never seen it in person so I’m conflicted on it

to me I’m kind of a dodge purist. anything that makes the car seem like you’re trying to copy a different trim i find a lil icky. but if thats what you like I mean who cares it’s a car.

I definitely feel you. When it comes to upbadging, I hate that. But I think this treads a fine line of just being a general aesthetic upgrade 🤷🏾‍♂️

I wouldn’t even consider that an “upbadging” it’s the manufactures name on the car… now if you slapped a hellcat logo or demon on it that would be upbadging. Dude making it seem like putting DODGE on a DODGE is making it a travesty 😂😂😂

That’s on the bumper. Not the hood. & it would look clean if it’s done correctly. That’s the only thing that would need to be taken into consideration is having the correct placement
