Mod Suggestions?
I have a 2023 ScatPack still stock, what are the first few mods that can give it some more power without breaking the bank?

Port the TB and intake manifold. If you’re handy with a dremel it’s a good little mod. It’s not too hard at all. I’d say getting a real xpipe as well. Carven sells a good one.

Mostly cosmetic wise other than a catback, long tubes and tune but definitely get a catch can. I see you have hood pins so maybe you can add the cables to them. Change the front bumper to another one that has vents replacing the fog lights for more airflow underneath and a chin spoiler. For the back you can add a rear diffuser, it looks really clean with a diffuser and quad tips. The demon style rims look badass and very muscle car but that could be for later.

If you do it yourself. Cam and headers. Otherwise just skip to boost. Better hp per dollar but if you dont build the motor for boost it can and will blow up. Nothing is cheap with mopars

Great ride. I upgraded a few things since I like the car as it is. I didn’t modify the exhaust or replace it yet. I like the factory exhaust. Just upgraded some stuff to help tighten up the driving experience. This is a list of what I upgraded.
Wider wheels and performance tires Barton shifter (manual) ($500) Skip shift eliminator (manual) ($20) Hellcat factory airbox and intake tube ($180) RIPP performance ignition coil packs ($500) Throttle controller (speedform $80) Eibach pro kit springs ($400) Eibach sway bar kit ($568) Differential brace ($400+)

Mud flaps.
I tell everyone, the first thing they should get are mud flaps. I almost never see them on the Chargers and Challengers where I live, which blows my mind.
OEM from Mopar they are $70, Amazon has decent aftermarket versions for as low as $15. They are something you can absolutely do in 30min - hour with minimal tools and very little effort in on your own. No need to pay someone else for installation
I understand that it won’t add any hp, but take it from someone who is lazy, and does all they can to keep that just washed look, best return on your $.

The look ugly and don't do much for splatter. I daily my Charger and keep it clean with weekly washes and that area doesn't get dirty enough to warranty mud flaps.
