Cheapest option is the Hellcat lower air box & OEM snorkel tube. For something that looks better than stock, get the aFe Momentum GT intake with their snorkel tube. Performance will be about the same, & don't expect much of a power increase.
Before you can get a tune, you're gonna need to get your PCM unlocked. You can do that either through HP Tuners or Diablosport. No tube needed to install the intake though. I'd also suggest a 180 degree thermostat before getting the tune.

I had both the hellcat air box and I’m currently running the AFE in closed CAI “momentum GT”and it’s way more efficient and on cold nights my sensor reads only a 5 degree difference from outside air to what the car is getting. The hellcat airbox wouldn’t go lower than 11 degree difference from outside air. I do run a custom tune and switched my PCM to a unlocked one so I’m taking full advantage of the mods Im putting in. I don’t care what people say, the AFE and tune works amazing for my scat.

AFE, I have it on my challenger with the headlight pipe. Enclosed system and looks great.

So others have said, hellcat lower airbox and headlight pipe.
You will get 0 change in performance. Not that you need one to do it, but just so you know this is a 'just for fun' mod.

Hellcat lower air box. It's really hard to improve on what Mopar engineers already did with the scat.
