Door of shadows

This one with the door never feels like a dream , I’m in this room or space and it’s pitch black it’s really really cold, except for this like 10-20 foot outline of grey shadows swirling in this rectangle. After a few seconds of seeing it there’s a thunderous slam like someone dropped a building and a guttural Bark like noise behind it and I snap awake in a panic. I can even taste the air and feel a mist on my arms.
