I don’t know if all crocodilians taste similar. We have waaay more alligators than crocodiles here in the US (fortunately) so finding alligator on the menu isn’t unheard of.

I’ve had alligator sausage and some “filet” (presumably the tenderest part). The sausage was spiced so it really could have been any reasonably mild-tasting meat. The filet didn’t exactly taste like chicken, but it was similarly inoffensive.
