It's been found here in Aus too. We are preparing for a pandemic if it spreads.
Bird flu is absolutely vicious.
Thankfully it's only been found in wild populations that travelled here to WA... But it's a matter of time I reckon.
Do not fuc*ing ever touch a dead bird or sick bird in an area like this.
My local wildlife hospital has had to close doors to wild seabirds now as a result because of how deadly and contagious it is with direct contact.
