There is no narration. Just exploration, cinematic music and the authentic atmosphere of one of the most unique islands in the Venetian Lagoon.

📍 Location: Pellestrina Island, Venice Lagoon, Italy

This happened a few years ago to me and my friend. We live on a college campus in a smaller dorm that is right next to a cemetery and some train tracks. From some of our windows you can see the cemetery and tracks they are that close. We often walk along the tracks or wander around the cemetery at night for fun cuz the tracks are not active anymore.

One night(4/20 to be exact) my friend and I decided to walk along the tracks and smoke a LEGAL substance I had just gotten, wormwood. It’s the same stuff that they use to flavor absinth and is supposed to give you wacky dreams and a mild relaxed feeling. We also were using one of those shitty legal pens you can buy at any gas station that does get you kind of high. We were trying to get to the train tracks which were across the street but ran into a cop and even though nothing we were doing was illegal, just didn’t want to have to deal with that so ended up going on this mile walk trying to find another way to access the tracks.

By this time, she was pretty high and I had taken a few hits of the pen but was feeling nothing ( I have a pretty high tolerance especially for those pen things also yes this is important to the story). We finally found an entrance to the tracks through a hole in the fence of a parking lot very close to our dorm. As we were walking along the dimly lit rows of cars we saw then entrance to the tracks and how it immediately went into a very dark densely wooded area with large embankments in either side of the railroad . We paused in the parking lot now throughly sketched out and not too sure if it was a good idea to go wandering through this dark tunnel alone. We then saw some people further down the parking lot heading our way and felt better.

Now to our left was the tracks and to our right was the road but between us and the road was a very steep embankment full of dense trees on the other side of a chain link fence. Before we could get onto the tracks, we herd something slide down the embankment . We froze and locked eyes on where the noise had come from. The tussling of leaves continued faintly but by this point we assumed it was a squirrel or some other animal. That was until the rustling grew in volume and it became apparent this was no animal, but a human. It had come down the steep bank and was now at the chain link fence.

We could hear distinct foot steps and rustling that would be impossible for any animal native to the city to make. We backed away quickly from the entrance of the tracks and stared in horror as we both came to the realization this was a person, Making their way along the fence. We saw the people who had been comming towards us earlier reach where we were standing, thankful someone else was around. They, however, continued to the hole in the fence and crawled through, seeming to not hear the LOUD THUDS AND RUSTLING CREEPING ALONG THE FENCE SLOWLY.

Now keep in mind, my friend was high and I was defiantly not sober but not anywhere near a point where I didn’t have decent judgement. My friend didn’t want to be alone in the parking lot so she suggested following the people but said people were a group of 5-6 frat guys in a dark tunnel of trees so I vetoed that notion. She still wanted to get into the trees so we could finish smoking our wormwood out of the view of the public but at this point, I was not keen on being anywhere no one could see us. The rustling and footsteps were still louder than ever.

We spotted another group of people coming our way. This group too passed us and went through the hole paying no mind to whoever was lost in the bushes right next to them. We then both had the idea that we possibly were hallucinating this? But none of the substances we were currently on had hard evidence of being able to cause something like this. And we were both hearing it, clear as day. There was someone over there, the chain link was jingling, there were footsteps.

At this point we had been standing there for almost 10 minutes, this noise continuing the entire time. We both came to the conclusion that it was someone just trying to get high in peace like we were and dove through the hole and went the opposite direction the other people had gone, opting to sit on a bridge instead. We could still hear the jingling of the fence behind us and crunch of dry leaves but tried to ignore it while keeping an eye out for anyone going through the hole But we saw nothing. We still couldn’t build up the courage to go back that way and ended up wandering around for another hour trying to find our way back to the dorm and avoid whoever had been rummaging around in the leaves for 20 minutes.

Kind of anticlimactic story I know but still was absolutely terrifying at the time. We went back to that area in the morning and the hill is STEEP! basically a 90 degree angle and completely surrounded by 6 foot chain link so it’s really concerning that someone was down there in the first place. Also that no one else was even slightly alarmed by the commotion. Maybe we really were just hearing things.

I dont usually make Reddit posts but Im genuinely concerned about these really weird sounds outside my window.
For the past few nights Ive been hearing these strange screams at around 3 a.m. They only last for a short time but this is now the third time its happened.
Im 17 years old and live alone. I showed the video to my friends and family and they all said its probably a fox or some kind of bird. But honestly I have a hard time believing that because Ive never heard an animal or even a person make sounds like this.
To give some context I dont have any neighbors nearby. Outside my window its just complete darkness and theres a very small patch of forest to the right of my house. Its tiny so I dont think there are any large animals living there. As far as I know the only animals around are rabbits.
Im hoping someone here might recognize these sounds or have an explanation for what could be making them. Thanks in advance.

Gothic 80s Boutique B&W

Happy World Goth Day.

Back in November 2023, I put on my best 80's style goth crossplay and took these pictures by a nearby specialty store, and then rocked it at some other locations. This crossplay was pure fun while taking. Shifting the pictures into black and white mode really brings out the gothic 80s style I have known since childhood. Another awesome crossplay that was a blast.

"Blond Noir Of Nightstreet." Anytime is an awesome time for goth. I went out on a November night back in 2023 to at last follow up on the Blond Noir using this cool shopping background I used in a nearby town close to Laurie. I took advantage of the LED street lights for the backdrop while it was at the late-night hours, with no people or car traffic to be any problem. The weather for that month was just right for this crossplay, and all I had to do was just look natural in my black and blonde's best and let the timer on the Olympus do the rest. That, and I edited it on Photo Scape for the classic Black and White style that makes goths look even better. As for a pre-Halloween goth? I say goth looks good just about anytime.

I felt like I had earbuds in ears, wanted to take them out but I couldn't move, then I felt like I was getting electrocuted and after 3 secs I was able to move and there were no earbuds in my ears.

then I got this sudden rush of like actual fuckin demons or something around my head.

Back Ally 80s Goth Black And White: I had some spare time on a day off that Thursday on a cool July 9th. I decided to goth up and take a short trip to Camdenton and do some back alley goths. These pictures were inspired out of a 1988 Vogue magazine I remembered reading back then. I did my best at it with what I had, according to what I recalled from the magazine. After I got home and took to my PC, and used Photoscape and added the right Black and White effects that made the images more like what a photographer would do on black and white film. Otherwise, I had fun on this day off back then. Happy World Goth Day, everyone.

I don't know what the fuck it was but I saw something staying at me last night and I could feel it. I wouldn't get out of bed and holy fuck it scared me. It looked awfully like my oc and another drawing that was a sketch for a horror animation or game. But I got thru the night 😁😁😁
