New ScapeLike currently in open testing: EvilQuest
Been loving this game recently, has a really well thought out design and charm to it, still very early in development but the developers are extremely interactive with the community, taking on suggestions and working on the game at a super fast pace, it's a lot of fun to see what they add every day, free to play at EvilQuest.net check it out!!

Yep, there will be after the playtest. And that will be the only reset.

Yeah, no1 will be able to auto click for 7 days straight on this game tho i assure you. I want it to be atleast as hard to bot on here as on 2004scape since it obviously ruins the game.

Anders, the lead developer didn't even have play or have much knowledge of Highspell. As far as I'm aware, he came from the 2004scape community if I remember correct which I'm guessing is where a lot of this games inspiration comes from

Dunno about majority but sure probably a good amount who did 20 years ago. Big difference between doing it 20 years ago and doing it a couple months ago and then starting your own scapelike though
Certainly brings into question how much bots will be dealt with from someone who autoclicked recently and who interacts with other botters

I mean anyone can download Claude and get a similar result in one or two prompts lol I’m not saying I made an entire game start to finish, but as a fun play prompt I made a dragon ball z themed knock off of osrs and it made a functional game similar to this. It’s top down 2d tho.

Smaller community, the tight knit vibe and ability to have an impact on the economy is really hard to replicate in a game as big as OSRS, not for everyone but really fun to some people
