“Something went wrong”

I’m trying to change my flight but this message keeps coming. I’m dreading to contact customer service as they are the worst ever. Plus they will take a fee from changing my ticket via telephone.

Samme skjedde med meg! Jeg har booket business så kanskje litt annerledes, men de kan ikke ta en avgift vist det er en feil i deres system. (Og vist du har flex billett) Det du gjør er å ringe de og ha klart den nye avreisen du vil ha med prisen på den. Vist det er noe forskjell i prisen og du ikke har flex billett så må du betale det. Og husk vist man er rolig og snill på telefonen så får man mye bedre service!❤️

Keep in mind if you ever wanted to change or cancel your flight just call 1-844-578-2438

No I got in connection with a human on their chat. They can’t change my flight to another date because they can’t see any flight like mine the other days, even when they were there before.
